Project Administrator

Responsibilities

• Arrange meetings
• Organize projects
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks in contracts, procurement, and finance.
• Handle proprietary and confidential materials
• Assist peers with processes and tasks
• Compose and produce business correspondence, reports, and related materials or guide the work of other staff who produce these materials.
• Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information
• All other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Able to bend, stretch, and twist
• Able to stand or sit for long periods of time

Clearance:

• Ability to obtain a DoD secret level clearance.

Education & Experience:

• 4 years of direct experience and a high school diploma
• 0-5 years of administrative assistance experience, BS degree in a STEM, and/or business field.

Location:

• Ft. Belvoir
• Monday-Friday onsite.

Travel:

Only upon need.
