Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required). 1–2 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or budgeting (preferred). Hospital or physician practice accounting experience (preferred). Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
