Our client is a growing compressed air systems and industrial services company hiring a Sales Engineer to drive net-new business and expand customer relationships across the Detroit market. You will own the Detroit/Southeast Michigan territory. Highlights
$120K+ Y1 OTE
High-autonomy Detroit territory with minimal micromanagement Minimal overnight travel Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate In-house generated leads , marketing support, and strong technical support 4 weeks PTO , 10 paid holidays, full benefits, and 6% 401(k) match Responsibilities Convert prospects into customers through research, prospecting, cold calling and other business development methods Grow existing customer relationships while identifying new applications, service needs, and revenue opportunities Deliver technical presentations and position cost-effective compressed air and industrial service solutions Partner with Engineering, Service, and Customer Support to support customers throughout the sales process Own the territory, pipeline, follow-up, and new business development strategy Qualifications 3-5+ years of technical sales experience Proven hunting/new business success Experience selling customized, engineered, or technical solutions Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, facilities, maintenance, plant operations, or service-based accounts #J-18808-Ljbffr PursuitVacancy posted 5 days ago
