Pay: $110,000–$150,000 based on experience + up to $9,000 in quarterly performance bonuses. Bonus eligibility and structure may be updated periodically in alignment with company programs. Sign On Bonus of $5,000 at 30 days and $5,000 at 6 months.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive patient care: Examine patients, obtain health histories, perform physical examinations, and assess patient conditions to develop appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Develop treatment plans: Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions and prescribe medications and therapies in collaboration with supervising physicians and within the scope of Illinois PA practice.
• Collaborate with physicians: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Order and interpret diagnostics: Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic testing, including laboratory work, EKGs, and imaging studies, as appropriate.
• Provide preventive and holistic care: Counsel patients on health promotion, disease prevention, growth and development, family planning, and preventive healthcare.
• Perform clinical procedures: Provide services such as injections, suturing, wound care, immunizations, and other procedures within scope of practice.
• Coordinate patient care: Follow up on patient needs, referrals, diagnostic results, and ongoing treatment plans.
• Support the clinical team: Work collaboratively with medical assistants, technicians, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient care.

What You'll Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Active Illinois Physician Assistant license required.
• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program required.
• NCCPA certification required.
• Bilingual in English and Polish required.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient-management skills.
• A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
