Luna Grill, a fast casual/QSR concept, is looking for reliable and motivated Cooks to bring our menu to life, maintain high food quality standards, and keep the kitchen running efficiently. This is a great opportunity for those who take pride in their craft and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. For over 20 years, we've served fresh, feel-good Mediterranean food in Southern California, Arizona and DallasFort Worth (50+ locations and counting). Now, we're expanding our TX footprint and we're looking for you to help launch our up and coming location in Forney and bring our flavors to life.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook our fresh Mediterranean menu to spec, every time
• Keep the kitchen spotless, organized, and safe
• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth, fast service
• Uphold food quality and safety standards that make guests smile

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year kitchen experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Skilled in prep, cooking, and executing recipes with consistency
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
