Client Advisor - Manhasset

Summary The Client Advisor delivers exceptional service and represents the brand at every client interaction, building long‑term relationships and driving sales. This role focuses on creating memorable in‑store experiences while achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. The Client Advisor uses POS and client tracking systems to capture client data and personalize follow‑up. Responsibilities Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business Consistently achieve or exceed store sales plans and contribute to key product pillars Capture and maintain accurate client data in CRM and POS systems Deliver memorable, personalized in‑store experiences using the Tiffany touch and TEI behaviors Optimize hospitality and store amenities and act on client feedback to improve the experience Requirements Experience in retail, luxury retail or client‑focused hospitality roles with a proven track record in sales Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays Ability to work with a diverse client base and deliver high standards of service Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email Authorization to work in the United States Preferred: college degree, GIA or Gemological coursework, and proficiency in Mandarin #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
