Executive Assistant - Manhasset Design Center ABOUT THIS ROLE Join the team of a luxury flagship Theodore Alexander showroom – one of the most celebrated names in high-end home furnishings. As the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you will be supporting the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring exceptional customer service, administrative accuracy, and a seamless customer experience from sale to delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail oriented and excited to contribute to a polished, high-performance retail environment. Core Responsibilities Act as the central point of coordination for showroom operations Process and review all sales orders, customer information and delivery documentation Assist in generating quotes, invoice and client communications Manage phone and email correspondences with clients, vendors and delivery partners Support showroom leadership with scheduling, reporting and supply management Help prepare for in-store events, trade visits and community outreach initiatives What You Bring 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or office administration Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with POS/CRM systems Highly organized, deadline driven and solution oriented Professional presence and demeanor Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative Industries Furniture #J-18808-Ljbffr Theodore Alexander
