The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team. The CFO will be a key player in shaping the financial future of the organization, with a focus on rural healthcare. This visionary and strategic leader will be responsible for leading the financial strategy to support growth, stability, and high-quality patient care. The role involves partnering with the CEO and executive leadership to develop and implement financial strategies, championing innovation in revenue sources, and ensuring financial integrity and regulatory compliance across the organization. The CFO will also oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and the revenue cycle. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a proven track record in executive-level financial leadership, with a strong preference for those with experience in healthcare. A deep understanding of healthcare finance, reimbursement, and regulatory environments is essential. The role requires exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, as well as a collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels. A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is the minimum educational requirement, with a Master's degree being preferred. While not mandatory, a CPA certification is also a desirable qualification. The successful candidate will be part of a mission-driven culture and will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on rural healthcare communities.
