The CFO will also oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and the revenue cycle. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a proven track record in executive-level financial leadership, with a strong preference for those with experience in healthcare. A deep understanding of healthcare finance, reimbursement, and regulatory environments is essential. The role requires exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, as well as a collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels. A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is the minimum educational requirement, with a Master's degree being preferred. While not mandatory, a CPA certification is also a desirable qualification.
