Posting End Date: Accepting applications until job is filled and/or up to 60 days from the posting date Job Location: Fort Morgan, CO Job Type: Full Time Shift(s) Available: 1st Compensation: $23.50/hr Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill Matching Contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities Supporting the daily operations and overall efficiency of the facility, including painting, general maintenance, and operational support to production as needed Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Maintaining accurate inventory of all paint supplies and ensuring timely replenishment This role requires strong time management and maintaining clean, organized work areas after each task Properly preparing work areas before painting by covering and protecting surfaces, and completing thorough cleanup afterward, including removing materials, cleaning paint drips, and disposing of waste in accordance with facility standards Effective communication, dependability, adaptability, and commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to read, write, and speak English Previous Painting or General Labor experience Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Previous Cargill experience Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Previous forklift experience Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
