Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Sr. Process Engineer:#1. Must have industrial project experience.#2. Must have Mining, Building materials and Cement manufacturing experience.#3. Must have operation of minerals experience.#3. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 yearsResponsibilities of the Sr. Process Engineer:Technical Collaboration.Reviews deliverables with peers and supervisors as questions arise.Ensures quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures (intra- and inter[1]disciplinary checks) are performed on deliverables generated.Participates in department meetings, lunch-n-learns, and training.Produces process engineering deliverables, as defined by the RACI model (Responsible, Accountable, Consultative, Informed), in alignment with standard processes and procedures.Process Simulation.Block Flow Diagram.Process Flow Diagram.Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).Process Safety Valve (PSV) Calculations/Sizing.Operating Procedures. o Flare Study.Vendor data technical evaluations.Collaborates with project team members on interdisciplinary technical deliverables, as defined by the RACI.Design Basis.Line List.Equipment sizing, datasheets, and specifications.Cause & Effect.Controls Narrative.Process conditions for instrument and Control Valve (CV) datasheets.Requirements of the Sr. Process Engineer:Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering required.5 to 15 years of experience practicing discipline specific engineering on multidiscipline project teams with a Professional Engineering Licenses required.Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.Problem-solving skills to be able to resolve simple problems quickly and effectively.Basic self-direction and responsibility for own tasks, deliverables, and timelines.Basic leadership skills and some general experience leading work groups or task forces in specific projects.Competent user of technology and software required to execute daily tasks.Experience with HYSYS, Unisim, ProMax, and/or VMG Symmetry. Proficient with Excel.Must have a valid, active drivers license and ability to maintain a good driving record. Supervisory Expectations:The position does not have any regular responsibility for overseeing or supervising the work of other team members. Independence of ActionSupervisor/manager closely monitors work; detailed instructions and procedures are generally provided.Other Key Requirements:100% in office roleNo sponsorships or visa holders.
