Director, FP&A & Finance Operations

KBW has partnered with a growing company in Massachusetts that is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, business analysis, and finance operations for a growing SaaS organization. Reporting to the CFO, this role will partner with executive leadership to drive strategic decision‑making, oversee outsourced accounting operations, and lead finance transformation through automation and AI. Key Responsibilities Lead all FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial reporting. Develop and analyze KPIs and metrics. Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, pricing, investments, and M&A activities. Oversee outsourced finance operations, including month‑end close, AP/AR, payroll coordination, and financial controls. Drive finance transformation by implementing automation, AI, and process improvements. Support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience. Strong FP&A experience within a SaaS or recurring revenue business. Proven success leading finance transformation, automation, and AI initiatives. Excellent analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
