The Reality: Most "new roles" come with a cold desk. This one doesn't. You’ll step into a deep pipeline of active searches on Day 1. The Vibe Hybrid: 2 days in Dunwoody / 3 days remote. Support: Hands‑on leadership (zero micro‑management). Money: Competitive base + tiered commissions. Perks: Excellent benefits package and true collaboration partnering with a tenured team. Qualifications Experience: Proven track record in permanent placement, direct hire, or executive search. Domain expertise: Strong familiarity with the IT and engineering sectors is highly preferred. Education: A bachelor’s degree is required. Mindset: A "whatever it takes" work ethic. You are highly organized, a superior communicator, and driven by the win of a successful placement.
