Speech Language Pathologist

The Staff Speech Pathologist provides evaluation and treatment for communication and dysphagia disorders across all ages, under physician prescriptions. Responsibilities Assessing and treating speech, language, and oro-pharyngeal disorders, including dysphagia Managing programs related to communication disorders Counseling patients and families about their conditions and management Developing and implementing augmentative communication systems Participating in departmental operations, record-keeping, and discharge planning Qualifications include a Master’s or doctoral degree , Speech-Language Pathology License , and Certificate of Clinical Competence . Preferred experience includes clinical fellowship or supervision by certified professionals.
