This position will primarily be remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to reach clients in diverse settings, including their homes. Although the majority of work occurs remotely, some face-to-face interactions may occur for assessments or therapy sessions as deemed necessary. Our clinic utilizes advanced telehealth technology to facilitate virtual interventions, ensuring that clients can access mental health services conveniently while maintaining a high standard of care.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy informed by evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaboratively engage with clients to develop and implement tailored treatment plans, setting measurable goals and necessary interventions.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care, ensuring that clients receive well-rounded support.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance clients’ coping skills and peer support networks.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, offering risk assessments and safety planning to protect clients during critical moments.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
