As part of our hospice center's teletherapy team, you will interact with clients via a secure, user-friendly therapy platform designed to facilitate live sessions through video and text, as well as asynchronous communication. This arrangement minimizes the administrative burdens that often accompany traditional therapy practices, allowing you to focus solely on providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Counsel individuals through structured, scheduled sessions conducted via video chat, ensuring to create a safe and confidential space for clients to share.

• Foster open discussions regarding clients' emotions, experiences, and challenges, guiding them as they navigate their feelings.

• Assist clients in setting and achieving therapeutic goals, employing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Identify behaviors or thought patterns that could impede recovery, providing proactive strategies to mitigate these obstacles.

• Advise clients on healthy coping mechanisms, empowering them to engage in self-care and resilience practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity needs, providing a supportive environment that is conducive to effective therapeutic interventions. Our goal is to serve populations that may otherwise struggle to access mental health care, including individuals from rural areas or those unable to attend in-person sessions due to mobility issues or other constraints.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Possession of an independent LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license is mandatory. Note: No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 per year, contingent upon the number of hours worked.
