Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to a range of clients across different age groups, tailoring each session to meet the unique psychological and emotional needs of the individual.

• Perform timely documentation including case notes and record-keeping for all clients to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Manage your schedule effectively by coordinating ongoing appointments, ensuring clients receive consistent care and attention.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Current licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, along with self-motivation and self-sufficiency.

• Availability to work full-time (40 hours a week) with a minimum expectation of 20-25 client hours, including at least two evenings each week.

• Significant training and/or experience in couples therapy will be highly regarded.

• Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
