Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Turquoise Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices and client-focused approaches.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address a broad range of mental health concerns.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.

• Participate in ongoing training and peer review meetings to stay abreast of developments in mental health care and enhance service delivery.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment strategies, and resources available within the community.

• Manage a caseload of clients effectively, ensuring treatment goals are met promptly while adhering to ethical standards and professional guidelines established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
