Job Description
Snelling Staffing is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) / Assistant Manager for an opportunity with our client. This position offers the opportunity to learn daily operations, support the team, and grow into a leadership role.
Starting pay is $25 per hour , with a pay increase upon being hired directly by Client . The increased rate will be discussed during the hiring process.
Responsibilities
Assist the manager with daily operations.
Support team members and help coordinate daily tasks.
Help train employees and communicate work expectations.
Promote a safe, organized, and productive workplace.
Help address day-to-day issues and keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to lead by example and work well with a team.
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibility.
Availability to work the 7:00 AM–7:00 PM shift.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
