Restaurant General ManagerA Restaurant Manager ensures excellent restaurant operations, helps the crew to maximize sales and profits of the restaurant and to ensure they are delivering great guest service and meeting and executing all applicable Brand standards.Responsibilities Include:Able to perform all duties of restaurant team membersEnsure the restaurant is meeting Brand operational standards and food safety standardsAnalyze restaurant sales and drive improvement in restaurant operations, execution, sales and profitabilityEstablish sales and service goals with team membersProvides great guest service and resolves issuesLead team meetingsDeliver training to team members on a variety of topics including marketing windows and LTOs and Brand initiativesEnsure that restaurants correctly execute new products and processes in a marketing windowDevelop business plans for their portfolio and develop action plans with franchise owners.Drive a clear vision and clearly communicates to the teamEngages with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team as appropriateManagement Responsibilities Include:Recruit, hire, onboard and develop team membersPlan, monitor, appraise and review restaurant employee performanceManage and coordinate the team to support their restaurant performance & executionEducation/Experience:Basic computer skillsFluent in spoken and written EnglishBasic math and financial management3 years previous general manager or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitalityCollege degree preferredKey CompetenciesStrong analytical skills and business acumenWorks well with others in a fun, fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and embrace changeGuest focusedAbility to train and develop a teamTime managementProblem solvingMotivating othersPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing on feetRepetitive motion including bending, stooping and reachingLifting packagesWearing a headsetWorking in a small spaceJob Type: Full-timeSalary: from $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offSupplemental pay types:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Arlington Heights, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Quick Service Restaurant: 2 years (Required)License/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Eligibility to work in the USWork Location: In person
