Dental Hygienist

Overview Jungermann Dental Care is looking to add a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Location: 1325 Queens Court, Suite B, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Work Schedule Monday 10am‑7pm, Tuesday 8am‑5pm, Wednesday 9am‑6pm, Thursday 8am‑4pm, and rotating Fridays 8am‑2pm. Morning huddles every day (15 minutes before shift). Responsibilities Clinical duties include quality recare (60min), new patient appointments (90min), patient screening, medical history documentation, and all routine dental hygiene procedures. Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor/Heartland Dental. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Missouri. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification. Preferred Experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills. Capability to provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary (with or without reasonable accommodation). Prolonged periods sitting and standing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
