Marketing Strategist

Reporting to the Nplate Brand Director, the full-time remote Patient Marketing Strategist will lead the development and execution of the Nplate patient marketing strategy, manage patient advocacy initiatives, and drive patient journey initiatives to enhance customer engagement and accelerate brand growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the Nplate patient marketing strategy, focusing on consumer initiatives and patient education materials Own and execute the patient advocacy strategy, partnering with organizations to enhance disease awareness and community engagement Drive initiatives to improve the patient journey and point-of-care experience, reducing treatment barriers and optimizing educational resources Required Qualifications Master's degree and 2 years of marketing, commercial, consulting, or pharmaceutical industry experience, or equivalent experience with a Bachelor's, Associate's, or High school diploma/GED Pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial marketing experience Experience supporting hematology, oncology, rare disease, or specialty care brands Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives within a highly matrixed organization Strong project and budget management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
