Our mission is to provide opportunities for our people, take excellent care of our customers, and be good stewards of the environment and our community.Responsibilities:Manage the administration and processes of the commercial landscape construction projectsManage projects to substantial completion and throughout the warranty periodPrepare bid submittals and change orders with a targeted gross profitMaintain relationships between sub-contractors, general contractors, architects, and customersConstant communication with clientele including but not limited to project architects, general contractors, and owner's representatives while maintaining quality standardsOverall responsibility for creating a rolling scheduleEnsure weekly/monthly reporting is up to date and meets deadlinesResponsible for billing and collecting receivablesCoordinate with internal team members to schedule manpower, equipment resources, and material deliveriesAssist the contract administrator with monthly financial closeoutAccountable for weekly, monthly forecasting and budgetingQualifications:Ability to analyze situations, consider options, and decide on actions quicklyComprehensive knowledge of landscape construction site workAbility to negotiate prices and terms with customers and local vendorsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentStrong oral and communication skillsProficient in MS Word, Excel, and OutlookBackground in landscape construction management, engineering, or business management a plusWhat we provide:Competitive salaryMedical benefits with dental and visionFlexible spending account401(k) planFlexible work/life balanceFamily-oriented company cultureRuppert Landscape is an equal opportunity and E-Verify.
