What success looks like

• Become a subject matter expert on Profire products through targeted training with managers, engineers, and peers.
• Deliver field excellence:
  • Installations
  • Burner Maintenance
  • Combustion Analysis
  • Warranty & Repair
• Respond to technical inquiries with accurate time tickets and combustion reports; issue weekly updates on all open orders.
• Provide professional customer support and coordinate after-hours/weekend call-outs as needed.
• Own the close-out: complete work orders precisely, support month-end closure, and help ensure accurate billing and profitability.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Territory Reps; participate in quoting, initial implementation, and follow-up service.
• Train installation partners on Profire standards, operations, and troubleshooting; monitor technician inventory and confirm parts lists are job-ready.
• Audit field work to uphold brand standards; submit sales referrals; and help expand our service footprint across the U.S. and Canada—including exploring opportunities beyond oil and gas.

Your toolkit

• Demonstrated field installation experience plus mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Technical degree/trade diploma or equivalent experience.
• Collaborative, resourceful problem solver across departments.
• Willingness to travel and work across borders.

License: Valid Driver's License required.

Travel: Travel will be required, as necessary, to support the business; must have the ability to travel across borders.

Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for Sedentary Work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for Light Work.

Incumbents may be subjected to moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, vibrations, fumes, odors, dusts, gases, poor ventilation, chemicals, oils, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, intense noises, and travel.
