This individual will make significant technical contributions to the design and development of our AI-first products and platforms. This role requires a skilled technical professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced, remote environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop complex features and components of our AI-first product portfolio, from design through to deployment.Contribute significantly to creating cutting-edge customer interaction platforms, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to define, architect, and ship new features.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence through code reviews and knowledge sharing.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of professional software engineering experience.Proven experience in developing and delivering large-scale software products.Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.Experience working in Ad-Tech industry is a bonusBenefitsFlexible Time Off (FTO) and Company HolidaysMedical, Dental, Vision, and HSA BenefitsVoluntary Life & AD&D InsuranceShort-Term & Long-Term Disability CoverageCritical Illness & Accident Insurance401(k) with Employer MatchLocation: Kirkland, WA.
