District Sales Manager

Surgical Medical Device Sales Professional

A high-growth surgical MedTech company is seeking a proven surgical medical device sales professional to build and grow a greenfield territory throughout Northern California.

Candidates should reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of medical device sales with direct OR experience
• Proven success building a territory from the ground up
• Startup/early-commercial experience strongly preferred
• Track record of launching innovative or first-in-class technology and driving physician adoption
• Strong clinical selling skills and credibility with surgeons
• Experience navigating major hospital systems, supply chain and VAC approvals
• Established relationships/access within Bay Area hospital systems
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota
• Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing associate sales representative

Experience in peripheral nerve, plastics, hand, orthopedics/extremities, trauma, reconstructive or vascular surgery is relevant; however, we are very open to high-performing surgical sales professionals from other specialties and call points. The ideal candidate has successfully built a greenfield territory, introduced disruptive technology, and influenced surgeons to adopt a new approach or change their standard of care.

Compensation

$135K base | $285K OTE + equity

Car and technology allowances, 6-month guarantee, 401(k), and 100% company-paid medical, dental & vision for employee and family.
