What You’ll Do: 

• Be the primary program developer and implementation leader of exceptional programs for our Memory Care residents.
• Play a critical role in ensuring the success of our programming, as well as resident and family satisfaction.
• Play an active role in the Leadership team, work with the care team, and supervise the Reflections Coordinator.

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED required - Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatrics
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals who have Alzheimers or Dementia 
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
• The ability to manage multiple projects and consider yourself a lifelong learner
