School Psychologist

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist to provide school-based services 2 days per week for a local school district. This role offers flexibility with the opportunity to support students in a meaningful, collaborative school environment. There is also potential to expand into additional evaluation work or grow into a fuller caseload for those interested in increasing their hours. Perks • Competitive rates with compensation for direct AND indirect time, including treatment sessions, evaluations, documentation, meetings, and report writing • Flexible 1099 Independent Contractor position • Consistent on-site and off-site mentorship with experienced Clinical Directors and Team Leaders • Access to our School-Based Academy, providing support and community for clinicians new to school-based settings • Lending Library of assessment tools and evaluation materials available at no cost to clinicians • Opportunity to start part-time with flexibility to remain evaluation-only or expand into a larger caseload/full-time role based on preference and availability Responsibilities • Provide counseling, instruction, and mentoring for students experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to determine eligibility for special education services • Assess barriers to learning and develop strategies to support student achievement and individual needs • Design and implement interventions and monitor student progress • Support effective individualized instruction and positive classroom environments • Collect and analyze data related to student outcomes, school improvement, and accountability requirements • Promote school policies that support safe, inclusive environments and reduce bullying and harassment • Respond to crisis situations by providing leadership, direct support, and appropriate referrals to community resources Company Profile Backed by the powerhouse of Kelly, Kelly Pediatric Therapy is a nationwide pediatric therapy and related services company dedicated to high-quality treatment and strong provider support and retention.
