Operations Specialist Drone Delivery Support

Location: Houston Metro, Texas on-site

Schedule: 40 hours per week, with two scheduled days off

Shift Options: 9:00 a.m.5:30 p.m. or 10:30 a.m.7:00 p.m.

Pay Rate: $22.10 per hour

Assignment Duration: 1 year

Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle

Travel: Flexibility to travel between Houston-area worksites

Position Summary

The Operations Specialist supports on-site drone delivery operations. Responsibilities include picking up prepared food orders from local merchants, transporting them to the drone site, loading orders, and supporting safe and accurate delivery handoffs.

This role does not involve flying drones. Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors and on their feet.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and transport food orders using a personal vehicle.
• Prepare and load orders into drones accurately and safely.
• Follow safety protocols and site procedures.
• Maintain an organized workflow to support daily operations.
• Identify and report operational issues.
• Communicate professionally with merchants, teammates, and the public.
• Work collaboratively with operations and engineering teams.
• Adapt to changing processes and technology.
