CALENDAR: 2385PT PART‑TIME OR 2612H FULL TIME (12 MONTH)

SALARY: GRADE 109 (SUPPORT HOURLY)

Post‑offer physical and drug screening test is required for this position Job Goal: Maintain a safe, clean, and attractive physical plant. Minimum Qualifications Ability to read and write English as it pertains to job functions Previous custodial experience desired Possession of, or ability to obtain, an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Core Job Functions Sweep, dust, vacuum, scrub, wax, and polish the floors and surfaces Wash windows, walls, woodwork, and equipment Clean assigned areas according to prescribed standards and requirements Empty trash receptacles Perform minor repairs Move furniture and equipment based on the needs of the facility Replace light bulbs and perform minor maintenance Inspect all fire equipment on campus and maintain records of inspection Report safety/security hazards and needs for major repairs in an expeditious manner Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required Handle emergency custodial duties for principals, teachers, and staff Follow district policies as outlined Perform all duties safely and prudently as directed by supervisors Core Values Excellence: In all we do.
