Job Description

The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of a medium-sized restaurant with a team of 11-30 employees. Reporting directly to the owner, this role emphasizes maintaining excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring quality control. The manager is also responsible for training development to enhance team performance without any travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Supervise restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues
Manage inventory to meet operational needs and reduce waste
Develop and implement training programs for team members
Maintain quality control standards across all food and service areas

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years experience in restaurant management
High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience
Strong staff management and leadership skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Proficient in inventory control and problem solving
