Your Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Arrange interviews between candidates and our recruitment experts for thorough evaluations
• Follow up with leads to bolster their enthusiasm and assist in their hiring journey
• Keep detailed and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Receive commission based on meetings organized, interviews held, and hires made through your referrals

Compensation Structure
