NURSE MANAGER

Nurse Manager – New Rochelle, New York Pay Range: $88,000.00 - $110,000.00 Job Summary The Nurse Manager performs the primary functions of a professional nurse leader in assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care. The role includes management of staff, ensuring that the care provided is in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the patient/resident environment is safe and clean in accordance with facility standards and DOH regulations. Participate in staff development and ensure quality, patient/family centered care is provided promptly. Resolve patient/customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality patient care. Develop and implement policies and procedures based on evidence‑based practice, regulatory standards, and guidelines. Coordinate and facilitate quality nursing care through 24/7 of a designated inpatient care unit. Qualifications Masters degree preferred. Bachelor's degree required. Valid NYS Nursing License. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar environment, with progressive leadership experience. BLS and Infection Control Certifications.
