Descripción del Puesto:
Estamos en la búsqueda de un Consultor Funcional SAP Hire to Retire (Latam) para unirse a nuestro equipo en Zemsania. Este rol es crucial para el éxito de nuestros proyectos de implementación y optimización de soluciones SAP, enfocándose en los procesos de gestión del ciclo de vida del empleado.
El candidato ideal poseerá una profunda experiencia en los módulos de SAP relacionados con la gestión de Recursos Humanos, específicamente en las áreas de SAP SSFF (SuccessFactors) y SAP RCM (Recruitment Management by Candidate Central) . Se espera que el profesional sea capaz de analizar requisitos de negocio, diseñar y configurar soluciones, así como proporcionar soporte y formación a los usuarios finales.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Análisis de requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales de los procesos de Hire to Retire en SAP.
- Diseño, configuración y personalización de módulos y funcionalidades de SAP SuccessFactors (especialmente Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation) y SAP RCM.
- Colaboración estrecha con equipos de negocio para entender sus necesidades y traducirlas en soluciones técnicas eficientes.
- Soporte en la fase de pruebas (UAT) y validación de las soluciones implementadas.
- Identificación y resolución de incidencias y problemas relacionados con los módulos SAP implementados.
- Elaboración de documentación técnica y funcional (especificaciones, manuales de usuario, guías de configuración).
- Impartición de formación a usuarios finales y key users.
- Participación activa en todas las fases del ciclo de vida del proyecto, desde la concepción hasta la puesta en producción y el soporte post-implementación.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y novedades en el ecosistema SAP HR y SuccessFactors.

Requisitos:- Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Consultor Funcional SAP, con un fuerte enfoque en los procesos de Hire to Retire.
- Sólida experiencia y conocimiento profundo en SAP SSFF (SuccessFactors) , incluyendo al menos los siguientes módulos: Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation.
- Experiencia demostrable en SAP RCM (Recruitment Management by Candidate Central) .
- Comprensión integral del ciclo completo de Hire to Retire.
- Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Orientación al cliente y al logro de objetivos.
- Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad remota.
Se Valorará Positivamente:
- Experiencia en proyectos de implementación multinacionales en la región de Latam.
- Certificaciones en SAP SuccessFactors o SAP HR.
- Conocimiento de otros módulos de SAP HR (HCM).
- Experiencia con metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
