7 days/week hospital coverage ‐‐ call schedule 7 am ‐ 7 am ER call coverage required 20 patients per physician per day ‐‐ 2 surgeries per day 100% hospital‐based caseload ‐‐ no office or clinic visits 40% trauma cases ‐‐ adult and pediatric neurosurgery General neurosurgery, spinal surgery, VP shunt, tumor cases required ICP monitor placement and external traction application required Cerebrovascular open procedures and aneurysm clipping preferred Competitive compensation Pre‐paid travel and housing Paid AAA‐rated claims made malpractice Licensing assistance and cost reimbursement Member of NALTO
