Ascend Staffing is hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates for an immediate opportunity in Garland, TX! We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join a production team with multiple shift options and weekly pay.

Location: Garland, TX 75041
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Available Shifts: 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, and Weekend Shifts
Pay Frequency: Weekly

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery to meet production goals.

• Perform manufacturing, product inspection, and packaging duties.

• Set up machines and make adjustments as needed.

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.

• Monitor machine output and production efficiency.

• Maintain accurate production records and activity logs.

• Follow all safety guidelines, quality standards, and operating procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

2nd Shift MondayFriday

• 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

3rd Shift MondayFriday

• 10:00 PM 6:30 AM

Weekend Day Shift Saturday & Sunday

• 6:00 AM 6:30 PM

Weekend Night Shift Saturday & Sunday

• 6:00 PM 6:30 AM

IMPORTANT TRAINING REQUIREMENT: All shifts require two weeks of training, MondayFriday, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Candidates must be available to complete the required training schedule before transitioning to their assigned shift.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous machine operating, production, or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

• Reliable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled shift.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Willingness to follow workplace safety procedures and production standards.
