Kelly® is hiring Machine Operators for Stanley Black & Decker in Dallas, TX. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and ready to build a career in manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you. Pay & Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 2:30pm, $20.23/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM, $21.23/hr
• 3rd Shift: Sunday 5:30pm - 5:30am & Monday - Thursday 10:30pm - 5:30am, $21.73/hr

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate production equipment
• Read blueprints, routers, and work instructions
• Use calipers and micrometers to inspect parts
• Perform safety and quality checks
• Perform finishing operations using abrasive belts and wheels

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to follow written instructions and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented and willing to learn

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and crouch throughout the shift
• Lift up to 10 lbs. regularly and 33 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable around machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
