Logistics & Warehouse Manager

Job Title: Logistics Manager Pay: $30.00-35.00 per hour Job Description We are seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations for shipping and receiving HVAC and piping materials at our Montrose location. This role involves managing inventory, organizing materials, and overseeing a small team to ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities Manage warehouse operations for shipping and receiving of HVAC and piping materials. Check in materials, take photos, and organize them on pallets. Operate a forklift to load trucks and handle materials. Oversee a team of up to 4 people, including 2 drivers and 2 laborers. Serve as the manager in charge of running the warehouse facility. Essential Skills 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving is ideal. Must be forklift certified to help load trucks and handle materials. Experience from mechanical or electrical contractor backgrounds is most ideal. Knowledge in inventory control, warehouse management, and logistics. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience handling HVAC and piping materials preferred. Experience in warehouse management for construction materials is preferred. Supervisory skills and customer service experience. Experience from companies such as US Engineering, Ferguson, Rampart, or Amazon is beneficial. Why Work Here? The environment involves handling HVAC and piping materials in a typical warehouse setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Junction, CO.
