We are a full service pediatric care facility in Oklahoma that is dedicated to keeping kids safe from illness and helping them live a healthy lifestyle. We are a fast-paced, dynamic company who strives to provide the best pediatric care to all children. Being a good human is a MUST, Pediatric experience is a PLUS! We have 12 office locations across the OKC/Tulsa metro areas. This position is for our Nurse triage line that will help our families and their kiddos' medical needs as much as possible. Understanding that every encounter may not be our emergency but it will ALWAYS be our Patient's emergency. Patient care comes first! TRIAGE NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide superior customer service and care to all patients Ability to empathize with our patients while providing quality medical care Educate our patients on all services that we offer to make sure they receive great healthcare Give instructions to patients as instructed by provider/triage protocols Take telephone messages and provide feedback and answers to patient/physician/pharmacy calls, and forward calls to providers and other staff Schedule patients for any appointments as needed and audit charts to schedule well-child appointments All other duties as assigned by nursing director Follow the JKP Core Values found at WHAT WE LOOK FOR: Must Follow JKP Core Values Provide the highest possible level of service to clients; Promote teamwork and cooperative effort among employees; Maintain safe practices Consistently support compliance and the JKP Core Values by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and license requirements. DAYS & HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm. Multiple locations between Oklahoma City and Tulsa to choose from!
