Call Center Agent - Inside Sales Rep

Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls to provide HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions. Follow up with customers who were quoted but did not close a sale to promote future work and ensure 100% satisfaction. Maintain thorough customer communication and explain our unique value compared to other companies. Answer inbound calls for new and existing customers, schedule appointments, and coordinate with technicians when necessary. Qualifications Experience in a sales or customer‑service role. Proficiency with phone and email communication. Drive to succeed and ability to take initiative with customers. Experience in a call center, phone sales, or previous in‑home sales is highly desired. Highly organized with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Shift Schedule Rotating schedule with multiple shifts available: Monday‑Friday or Tuesday‑Saturday. Hours rotate between 11 am‑7 pm or 12 pm‑8 pm, with varying shifts such as 7 am‑4 pm or 9 am‑6 pm.
