Senior Mobile Engineer

Salary: $120,000 - 180,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong emphasis on native mobile development.
• We expect hands-on expertise in Swift and/or Kotlin, with the ability to work confidently across both iOS and Android.
• We look for proven technical leadership, including shaping requirements and guiding mobile feature strategy.
• We value experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to improve speed and quality.
• We need strong knowledge of mobile architecture patterns, threading, and memory management for long-running asynchronous AI workloads.
• We would value familiarity with Python, Elixir, React, and TypeScript across the broader stack.
• We would value strong GraphQL experience for efficient mobile data access and real-time subscriptions.
• We would value experience with agent frameworks or multi-step reasoning and orchestration on mobile devices.
• We appreciate a collaborative mindset and a commitment to helping newer teammates grow.

• We will have you design and scale the core architecture of our native iOS and Android apps to support agentic workflows, multi-turn conversations, and real-time AI experiences.
• We will have you lead mobile AI capabilities, including low-latency streaming, multimodal input handling, and client-side agent state management.
• We will have you own the full mobile development lifecycle, from architectural planning through deployment, CI/CD optimization on AWS, and production stability.
• We will have you mentor engineers across levels through thoughtful code reviews and hands-on guidance.
• We will have you prototype quickly and iterate on complex problems such as offline synchronization of agent state and high-volume data pipelines, even when direction is limited.
