Customer Engagement Associate

TKO Management is seeing enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team as Entry Level Customer Engagement Associates. This is an in-person, customer-facing role supporting our clients through retail sales, promotional events and customer interaction within retail locations around Southeast Georgia. This position is perfect for applicants who enjoy working directly with people, wants hands-on experience in retail, customer service, and sales. Responsibilities: Represent our clients' brand at retail locations Engage directly with customers to promote products Generate new sales leads and qualify customer interest for sales team Support the sales process by creating strong customer relationships Collaborate with team members to meet performance and engagement goals Qualifications: Reliable form of transportation Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to lear (student mentality) Comfortable working onsite, speaking with customers and performing face-to-face interaction Willing to travel within a designated territory (mileage reimbursed).
