Responsibilities Support project delivery across multiple clients, collaborating with experienced teams to achieve outstanding results. Dive into complex operational data to diagnose issues and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. Develop and model innovative solution alternatives that align perfectly with client requirements. Collaborate across TMX functions to identify and implement effective solutions. Build compelling financial business cases using discounted cash flow analysis. Deliver accurate, high-quality reports on time, every time. Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, fostering strong relationships. Contribute to client proposals and business development efforts, helping us grow and succeed together. Promote a high-performance, engaged team culture that inspires and motivates. Be a visible role model for TMX values and behaviors, setting the standard for excellence. Utilize internal systems and tools effectively and compliantly to drive success. Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards across all engagements, prioritizing excellence. Support the continuous development of internal systems, processes, and team capability, helping us innovate and improve. Qualifications 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting, logistics, or operations. Proven experience delivering impactful supply chain or logistics projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel/PowerPoint skills that will set you apart. Broad industry exposure and stakeholder management experience that enriches your expertise. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills that captivate audiences. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving that inspires confidence. Strong commercial acumen and project ownership that drives success.
