As a Production Associate , you'll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality animal supplements and pet food products while working in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment.

• Read batch sheets and accurately pull ingredients needed for production.
• Measure and weigh dry, liquid, and powdered ingredients using scales and measuring tools.
• Transport materials to mixing stations and support batching and mixing operations.
• Follow Food Safety, GMP, FIFO, and quality standards to ensure safe, consistent products.
• Complete production paperwork, inventory tracking, and batch documentation accurately.
• Assist with packaging, filling, warehouse tasks, and inventory control as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Comfortable reading batch sheets, SOPs, and production documentation.
• Basic math skills, including working with fractions, decimals, and weight conversions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift.
• Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or food-processing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety and quality standards.

• 1st shift position in a fast-paced production facility.
• Clean manufacturing environment with strict food safety and GMP standards.
• Exposure to food-related ingredients and aromas including brewer's yeast, chicken, beef, and pork.
• Use of scales, mixers, measuring tools, push carts, and material-handling equipment.
• Team-oriented setting with cross-training opportunities across production operations.
• Required attire includes pants, t-shirt, non-slip closed-toe shoes, and GMP protective gear.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Earl, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in East Earl,PA.
