Product Owner Celonis Solutions (all genders)

Als Product Owner verantwortest du die Entwicklung von Celonis-basierten Lösungen. Du steuerst die Umsetzung, priorisierst Anforderungen und stellst sicher, dass die Lösung messbaren Geschäftswert liefert. Dabei fungierst du als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich, Entwicklungsteam und Stakeholdern und begleitest die Lösung über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus. Deine Rolle im Überblick: 80 % methodische Arbeit (Anforderungsmanagement, Priorisierung, Delivery-Steuerung), 10 % technische Arbeit (Celonis Solutions, Datenintegration, APIs) und 10 % Kundenentwicklung & Organisation. Was erwartet dich Du kümmerst dich um Backlog Management und Priorisierung in Celonis-Projekten. Du übersetzt Geschäftsanforderungen in User Stories und steuerst agile Delivery-Teams nach Scrum oder Kanban. Du übernimmst das Stakeholder-Management auf Kunden- und Exxeta-Seite und entwickelst Celonis-Lösungen nach dem Go-Live kontinuierlich weiter. Du definierst und priorisierst Produktanforderungen und Use Cases. Du stellst die fachliche Qualität und Zielerreichung von Lösungen sicher und unterstützt bei der Release-Planung, Roadmap-Entwicklung und Produktstrategie. Du begleitest Workshops, Reviews und Abnahmen und stimmst dich dabei zwischen Fachbereichen, Data Ingenieur:innen, Business Analyst:innen und Kunden ab. Was erwarten wir von dir Persönlicher Background : Du hast ein Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Insurance oder Vergleichbarem abgeschlossen. Agilität : Du verfügst über Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Projektmanager und bringst Verständnis für agile Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) mit. Methodische Kompetenz : Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, technische und fachliche Anforderungen zu verbinden, diese zu priorisieren und diverse Delivery Teams zu steuern. Soft Skills : Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten aus und bist in der Lage, Stakeholder-Management auf verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen zu betreiben. AI-Verständnis : Du hast Erfahrung im produktiven Einsatz von modernen AI-Tools zur Unterstützung deiner täglichen Arbeit. On the road : Du bist reisebereit und flexibel, unsere Kunden bundesweit vor Ort zu beraten. Let's talk : Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch - super, dann findest du dich bei Exxeta bestens zurecht. Nice to have : Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung mit Celonis oder Process Mining Projekten sowie Domänenwissen in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service oder Insurance mit - ergänzt durch CSPO, PSM, PMP oder vergleichbare Zertifizierungen. Auch Celonis Process Intelligence Zertifizierung oder weitere Celonis-Zertifizierungen sind ein Plus.
