Overview Morty's Tap & Grille is currently hiring part time cook position with nights and weekend availability. Morty's Tap & Grille is your locally owned neighborhood restaurant. We want to be the go-to place for great food and great service whether you live on Spokane's south side or not. Our Staff provides exceptional service to all ages; from kids to seniors and everyone in-between. The team knows how to work together. They are fun and unique individuals. They take pride in what they do, from the front of the house to the back of the house. Morty's features breakfast, lunch and dinner. We take pride in the food and beverages we serve, the service we provide and the atmosphere we create. Wage Pay range for position: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour Earn weekly tips Responsibilities/Duties Follow all policies and procedures On time and attend all meetings Stock and set up kitchen stations Ensure that all food products and menu items meet company recipe specifications for preparation, quality and preparation Work with front of house staff to ensure that orders are completed according to food & service standards and on time Complete all assigned opening, running, closing duties and side work Ensure sanitation and food safety procedures, regulations and laws are strictly followed Ensure a safe working environment to reduce the risk of incident, injury and food handling related issues *Please note, job duties are subject to change at the company's discretion.
