At Snout, we aim to solve this by enabling clinics to offer pet wellness plans that actually work.
Snout is one of the fastest growing wellness plan providers in the veterinary space, trusted by clinics across the USA. We're a small but mighty startup team of <30 passionate people. We're on the hunt for a passionate and relationship-focused Veterinary Onboarding Specialists to join our in person team at our Troy, MI office, Monday through Friday.
In this role, you will own the onboarding process for veterinary clinics as they begin their partnership with Snout. The role will involve managing multiple clinics at once, coordinating data, integrations, plan design, and timelines to ensure every clinic goes live accurately and on schedule. This is a highly detail-driven role that blends relationship management with analytical and operational work, requiring you to keep many moving pieces organized and catch issues before they become problems. You will work closely with clinic teams to translate how their practice runs into well-built wellness plans. This role is ideal for someone with veterinary clinic experience who wants to move into a more strategic, problem-solving career while staying connected to the industry. What You'll Do
- Manage multiple clinic onboardings from closed-won to go-live
- Coordinate integrations, pricing, plan setup, and timelines
- Analyze clinic data to build accurate, effective wellness plans
- Catch and resolve issues before they impact a launch
- Serve as the main point of contact for clinics during onboarding
- Keep detailed, organized records across all active projects

Compensation
- $55 000 - $60 000 base salary + bonus plan
