Customer Service Support Representative - US Remote

Labcorp seeks a remote customer service representative for its Maternal Serum Screening team to handle inquiries from physicians, hospitals, and patients. The role involves resolving customer issues, managing test result communications, and maintaining HIPAA compliance across multiple databases.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound customer calls and internet inquiries from physicians, hospitals, and patients
• Research complex issues in multiple databases and provide accurate solutions
• Notify clients of test results timely and accurately
• Review test forms for accuracy and report discrepancies to appropriate teams
• Maintain HIPAA compliance for medical records, CRM data, and administrative documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ months customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and meet productivity standards
• Private HIPAA-compliant workspace and 100 Mbps internet minimum

Compensation: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
