Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, ensuring efficient and effective treatment.
Assess patients' conditions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement care plans.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses, adjusting care as necessary.
Operate and maintain medical equipment as per safety regulations.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and care plans.
Document patient information and maintain accurate health records.
Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively, optimizing patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a high-acuity environment, preferably in an Emergency Department.
Current, valid Registered Nurse license.
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and function well under pressure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.

Shift Details

Flexible scheduling options available, including night shifts consisting of 3 twelve-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00 or day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.
