As a Creative Merchandising Specialist, you play an integral role in our success by executing our visual merchandising strategy. Your daily responsibilities will include: Overseeing the captivating presentation of the showroom. Implementing floor set changes including new merchandise and phasing out discontinued items. Managing inventory efficiently to avoid discrepancies. Contributing to an energetic and positive work environment. Listening to customer needs and suggesting tailored solutions. What will set you up for success: A keen sense of style and a knack for creating visually stunning displays. A high school diploma or GED; equivalent experience is also acceptable. The ability to communicate effectively in individual and small group settings with customers and team members. A demonstrated commitment to serving others and prioritizing team objectives.
