Key Responsibilities Coordinate interviews and candidate communications. Support Recruiters in Workday recruiting operations and job postings. Maintain ATS data integrity and recruiting reports. Coordinate offers, background checks, and onboarding activities. Support hiring events and process improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications High school degree required. AA or College degree preferred. 1-3 years HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative experience. Strong organization and communication skills. Microsoft Office proficiency. Experience with ATS, CRM systems; Workday preferred.
